Here, you'll find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our apartments in Sanxenxo.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is available from 16:00 on the day of your reservation. We offer early check-in based on availability (subject to an additional fee).
What time is check-out?
El horario de check-out es a las 11:00. Todos los huéspedes deberán dejar libre su apartamento, como máximo, a esa hora.
We offer late check-out based on availability (subject to an additional fee).
Is parking available on-site?
We have parking spaces available on our premises. These spaces are subject to reservation and have an additional cost of €10 per night.
Right next to our facilities, there is a free municipal parking lot.
How do you access the apartments?
Access to Sanxenxo Deluxe facilities is managed via electronic locks.
Once the reservation payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with all the check-in information, including the codes to access the apartment and parking (if reserved).
We also provide key cards for door access upon request.
Do the facilities have a pool?

Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
Is there Wi-Fi in the apartments?
Yes, each apartment has its own Wi-Fi connection to ensure guests enjoy high-speed Internet during their stay.
Can I do laundry on-site?
Yes, our facilities include a self-service washer and dryer, which operate with card and/or coin payments.
What appliances are included in the kitchens?
All apartments are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and pod coffee machine. Apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms also include a dishwasher, and only the 3-bedroom apartments feature an oven.
Can extra beds and/or cribs be requested?
We do not provide extra beds. However, each apartment includes a sofa bed that accommodates two people.
Cribs are available for guests who need them, at an additional cost of 10€ for the entire stay.
What payment methods are available?
The following payment methods are accepted:

- Payment at the property
Do the apartments have house rules?
Yes. We’ve established a set of guidelines to ensure an excellent stay for all guests at Sanxenxo Deluxe. You can review the rules and policies at this link.
How do I get to Sanxenxo Deluxe?
Our facilities are located right in front of Silgar Beach. From the Sanxenxo bus station, follow the PO-F road towards Portonovo, and you’ll find us at the first roundabout.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
