It has showers, toilets and sunshade and sun lounger rental, and it sits right next to the town centre and the marina, so ice-cream parlours, restaurants and everything you need are just a few steps away. In July and August it gets busy, so it is best to go early in the morning or late in the afternoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Baltar Beach<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quieter than Silgar and also awarded a Blue Flag. It has a wooden boardwalk with showers, fountains and toilets, beach bars and parking nearby. It is the beach right in front of Sanxenxo Deluxe, perfect for heading down with the little ones without taking the car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seafront promenade between Baltar and Silgar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A flat seaside walk linking both beaches: ideal with a pushchair, by bike or on a scooter, and for the classic ice cream at sunset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What to do in Sanxenxo with kids<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Boat trip to the Isle of Ons.<\/strong> Boats leave from Sanxenxo and Portonovo in season (roughly from spring to autumn) for the Isle of Ons, part of the Atlantic Islands National Park. Children love the crossing and the crystal-clear beaches.
