Nuestras normas y pol\u00edtica tienen el objetivo de garantizar la calidad de la estancia de todos los hu\u00e9spedes, marcando una serie de reglas que todo el mundo debe cumplir para el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones.<\/span><\/p>

Reservations<\/b><\/p>

Reservations for the apartments can be made through the following channels:<\/p>

    Para que la reserva sea confirmada, es necesario ingresar el 100% del importe total de la reserva en la cuenta bancaria del establecimiento (que se indicar\u00e1 durante el proceso de reserva). Dicho pago deber\u00e1 realizarse en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 48 horas para confirmar la reserva. Si el importe no se ingresa en ese plazo de tiempo, la reserva ser\u00e1 cancelada.<\/p>

    Check-in and check-out<\/b><\/p>

    Check-in time is from 16:00h on the day of the reservation. Early check-in is available subject to availability and for an additional fee.<\/p>

    Check-out time is by 11:00h. Guests must vacate the apartment by this time. Late check-out is also available\u00a0subject to availability and for an additional fee.<\/span><\/p>

    Cancellations<\/b><\/p>

    Nuestra Pol\u00edtica de Cancelaci\u00f3n var\u00eda dependiendo de la temporada y la duraci\u00f3n de la estancia. Recomendamos que nos consulte para revisar los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones espec\u00edficos al hacer la reserva.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    La formalizaci\u00f3n de la reserva quedar\u00e1 efectiva con el ingreso del 50% del importe del total de la estancia. Dicho importe ser\u00e1 reembolsable por la totalidad del importe pagado, en caso de que se cancele la reserva con 30 d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n a la fecha de llegada.<\/p>

    Si dicha cancelaci\u00f3n se realiza con menos de 30 d\u00edas previos a la llegada al apartamento, el importe abonado NO ser\u00e1 reembolsado.\u00a0<\/p>

    El 50% restante del importe total de la estancia deber\u00e1 ser abonado 30 d\u00edas antes de la fecha de check-in.<\/p>

    Pricing<\/b><\/p>

    The price of each apartment is as quoted at the time of booking. This price includes the services specified in the Services section of our website.<\/p>

    Additional costs not included in the reservation price<\/b><\/p>

    • Parking spot: 10\u20ac\/day. Advance booking is required.<\/li>
    • Baby crib: 10\u20ac per crib (per stay).<\/li>
    • Self-service laundry: Washing machine: 3.50\u20ac per load; Dryer: 3.00\u20ac per load. Both machines have integrated payment systems (card and coins accepted).<\/li><\/ul>

      The management reserves the right to request a 500\u20ac security deposit at check-in. This amount will be refunded within 24 hours after the guests' departure, following an inspection of the apartment\u2019s condition.<\/p>

      Access to the facilities<\/b><\/p>

      Upon arrival, guests\u2019 reservation details will be verified, and a check-in form will be completed. Valid ID or passports for all occupants must be presented. This information will be submitted to state security authorities as per legal requirements.\u00a0<\/p>

      The remaining 50% balance of the booking must also be paid before accessing the facilities.<\/p>

      The maximum occupancy for each apartment is listed on this website. The administration may deny entry to individuals not declared during check-in. Any unregistered persons must be approved by the management, and no unregistered individuals are allowed on the premises after 22:00h.<\/p>

      Behaviour<\/b><\/p>

      All guests must respect basic rules of coexistence. Activities that interfere with others' enjoyment of the facilities or lead to justified complaints from other guests (e.g., excessive noise, parties) may result in immediate eviction without refund or compensation.<\/p>

      Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment's furniture and appliances and will be charged for any damages caused. The management is not responsible for guests\u2019 belongings.<\/p>

      The apartment will be delivered clean and tidy. Guests are responsible for maintaining proper hygienic conditions during their stay.\u00a0<\/p>

      Smoking and pets are not allowed.<\/p>

      Prohibited activities.<\/b><\/p>

      It is strictly prohibited for guests to:<\/p>

      • Allow unauthorized and undeclared individuals to stay overnight.<\/li>
      • Exceed the apartment's maximum occupancy.<\/li>
      • Host parties or engage in activities that disrupt the proper operation of the accommodation.<\/li>
      • Use unauthorized equipment that significantly increases utility consumption.<\/li>
      • \u00a0Use the facilities for purposes other than those agreed upon.<\/li>
      • \u00a0 Bring external furniture or perform modifications or repairs.<\/li>
      • \u00a0Introduce hazardous substances that could cause harm or inconvenience.<\/li><\/ul>

        Eviction policy.<\/b><\/p>

        Failure to comply with these rules grants Sanxenxo Deluxe the right to terminate the contract and evict the offending parties. If necessary, the management may involve state security forces to enforce eviction.<\/p>

        These regulations are based on Decree 52\/2011 of March 24, which establishes guidelines for the management of apartments and tourist housing in the Autonomous Community of Galicia. This decree allows tourist apartment establishments to implement internal regulations that guests must comply with during their stay, provided they do not involve discrimination based on birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, or other personal or social circumstances.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
